Zoning and approvals
Setbacks, lot coverage, and height limits decide what's actually buildable, and they differ from township to township. We check the constraints before you fall in love with a plan, and we handle the permit set, plan review, and inspections.
Tying new to old
The hard part of an addition is the seam: matching rooflines and siding, transitioning floors, and extending heating and electrical without overloading what's already there. We plan those connections up front instead of improvising them on site.
What the proposal includes
Excavation and foundation, framing, roofing, windows, siding, mechanicals, insulation, and interior finishes — all of it under one contract, sequenced around township inspections.
