About
About Green Stone Developers
A licensed New Jersey general contractor based in Jackson, building full renovations and additions for homeowners across Ocean and Monmouth County.
We learned this business from both sides
Green Stone Developers began by being hired to evaluate other people's construction work — reviewing bids, checking quality, and stepping in when projects went sideways.
That work taught us what separates construction that holds up from construction that only looks finished, and how quickly a project loses its way when nobody explains what's happening.
How that shapes our jobs
We run projects the way we always told homeowners to insist on: a written scope before anyone swings a hammer, changes documented and agreed in writing, and one point of contact who actually knows the answer.
Licensing and insurance
We're a registered New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor and carry commercial general liability and workers' compensation coverage. We're glad to send our registration number and current certificates of insurance before you sign anything.
Where we work
Jackson, Lakewood, Toms River, Howell, Brick, Manchester, and Freehold.
